In the study, the hadith "Whoever performs Hajj without speaking bad words or committing major sins returns (to his home) as sinless as the day he was born from his mother", which came through Abu Hurayra (r.a) was discussed in terms of document and text. In this context, the variants of the hadiths related to the subject were brought together and the isnad was researched in terms of authenticity, and the text was tried to be understood in the light of both the Qur'anic verses and other authentic hadiths. In the introduction part of the article, the sources of the hadith and the narration methods were determined, the isnad analysis of the narration was made in the first heading, and the study was completed by making text analysis in the second heading. As a result of the research, Ahmed b. Huseym b. It has been concluded that this narration is not valid because Bashir is famous for 'tedlis'. Humeydi and Ishaq b. Sufyan b., the common narrator of Râhûye. Although it was said that he made 'tedlis' about Uyeyne, when all the information on this subject is examined, it is understood that it is not due to the idea of hiding any weak narrator. Except for these two narrators, all the isnads are muttasil, the narrators are reliable and the isnads are sahih. When we look at the hadith in terms of text, it is concluded that it does not contradict the verses of the Quran or other authentic hadiths, both literally and spiritually.
