Notes
According to Hanafi Usul scholars, Hz. In this study titled "Actions and Ijtihads of the Prophet", the Hanafi usûl tradition is centered on the usûl works written by Debûsî (d. 430/1039), Pezdevî (d. 482/1089) and Sarakhsî (d. 483/1090), who lived in the fifth century after the Hijri, when the Hanafi usûl tradition gained its classical form and content. The views of the methodologists about the actions and ijtihads of the Prophet have been tried to be determined from their own sources. Hanafi methodologists have argued that the fact that an action is done by the Messenger of Allah indicates that an act is permissible and that an external presumption is needed to decide whether the action is obligatory or obligatory. Hanafi methodological scholars, who examine the ijtihads of the Prophet based on their relationship with revelation, argue that the actions of the Prophet are exemplary for the ummah and that they are under the control of revelation. Pezdevî found it appropriate to call it "vahy-i bâtın" and Sarakhsi called it "şibü'l-vahy". With these names used for the ijtihads of the Prophet, they aimed to show that the ijtihads of the Messenger of Allah were not revealed as a result of revelation, but were not far from the control of revelation.
