Notes The issue of which principles and values ​​management should be based on, which emerged as a means of carrying out the planning, implementation and control processes regarding the relations of people created with the need to live together, has been discussed since ancient civilizations. Approaches regarding the relationship of management with ethical-moral values ​​have a deep-rooted history. The subject of management ethics, which is an important research area in today's world, has political, religious, moral and fiqh projections in Islamic thought and civilization. This background, which also influenced the shaping of Islamic thought, provides important data for a sound analysis of Qur'anic concepts regarding management ethics. There is an important need to analyze the background of management ethics as a process in terms of the perspective that the universal messages of Islam will bring to today's management ethics/ethics approaches. In this context, this article, Hz. It deals with the Prophet's approaches to management as well as the meaning frameworks of the processes experienced in the periods after him, and tries to reveal the basis of discussions on management ethics in Islamic thought and civilization through approaches developed and shaped according to different scientific disciplines.
