In this article; One of the last representatives of Mutezile, Shafi'i jurist, theologian, and exegete Kâdî Abdülcebâr (d. 415/1025), Hz. His view of the Prophet's Sunnah will be discussed. The most important feature of Kâdi Abdülcebâr, who wrote works on many subjects, is that he benefited from the Sunnah in his works and that he has an independent work on this subject that has survived to the present day, distinguishing him from other Mutazili scholars. The subject will be examined in the light of the relevant literature and especially the extant works of Kâdî Abdülcebâr. After discussing Mutezile's general view of the Sunnah, it will be tried to reveal at what points Qadi Abd al-Jabbar differed from his predecessors on this issue and at what points he agreed with them.
