Notes	The study "Seljuk Islamic Law Rise Period" by Ömer Menekşe is a research on the history of law in general and the History of Islamic Law in particular. The work is a study that contributes to the field of Islamic legal history in terms of examining the Ascension Period, which was the brightest period of the Seljuks in terms of scientific and cultural life. The services of the Seljuk State, which has an important place in Turkish-Islamic history, towards the science of law showed its impact in both social and political fields, and this period witnessed many developments in scientific activities. In this study, the author discussed the understanding of Islamic law in the Ascension period, when the Seljuks were at their scientific peak. Ömer Menekşe's study titled "The Rise of Seljuk Islamic Law" is a review of the history of law in general and the history of Islamic law in particular. This work contributes to the field of Islamic legal history by examining the Ascension Period, the brightest period of the Seljuks in terms of scientific and cultural life. The affairs of the Seljuks in the science of law, which have a vital role in Turkish-Islamic history, showed their impact in both social and political fields, and thus this period witnessed many developments in scientific activities. In this study, the understanding of Islamic law in the Ascension period, in which the Seljuks were at their scientific peak is discussed.
