Notes	Süleyman Çelebi's mawlid named Vesîletü'n-Necât has attracted great attention in both Anatolia and the Balkan geography since the date it was written; Sometimes it was recited improvisationally and sometimes it was composed. Mawlid was not only read in both geographies; It emerged as a sociological phenomenon that guided the lives of Muslims in periods when they were exposed to difficulties. In fact, in some periods, Muslims preserved their religion and identity with mawlid. In order not to be forgotten and to be passed on to new generations, mawlid was composed in some regions and settled in the memories musically. One of these compositions is the composition of Romanian Tatars and Turks, which is sung collectively in the Dobruja Region of Romania. Although it is not known who composed the composition, it is clear that it is ancient. Some melodic motifs in the composition indicate that some sections in the work were composed at the time the work was written; It is possible that some sections were added to this composition in later years. Therefore, this issue was examined in the study and evaluations were made in the light of this information. Dobruca Composed Mevlîdi, in which some of the bahirs in Mevlîd are combined and recited, is arranged with Gülbank, prayers, salavât and hymns that are unique to Romanian Tatars and Turks. The musical analysis of this work was made by us; It has been transcribed into notes and made available for use. As a matter of fact, the Dobruja Composed Mevlîdi, which is remembered by people of all ages in this geography, is still recited in the region and maintains its vitality in the society as a sign of unity and solidarity.
