Notes	Science, management and administrative centers of a country are the pillars of that country. When the ideas and opinions of scientists in science centers are sound and accurate, and their administrative units direct the country in the right direction in the fields of politics, economy, justice and art, they become productive both theoretically and practically. The society's harmonization and interaction with its administrators is closely related to the healthy operation of science centres. Scientists in science centers, who have always played an important role in the welfare and development of society throughout the historical process, can be classified as follows. First, those who are competent and specialized in a specific field of their own choosing. These only benefit us from innovations and developments in their field. We can see them as experts in scientific laboratories. The second is a typology of scientists who collect from all kinds of knowledge. Scientists of this type are mobile encyclopedic exemplary personalities who can help us by speaking in almost every field that society needs. They can produce scientific articles quickly and provide us with many scientific findings. However, these people cannot portray a strategic thinker with a leadership mentality who can manage the country's affairs. Third, they are scientists with a holistic approach. These types of scientists, who have a broad vision, have sufficient knowledge about every layer of life and fields of science. These are the types who know how and where to utilize their knowledge. They can benefit from all kinds of events that occur in the course of life and all kinds of developments in the world of science to enrich their competence. They investigate the reality related to science and develop solutions to problems by influencing the scientific, social, political and even international environment, which can be applied to the rules of expression and explanation.
