The science of Naskh is necessary for a better understanding of the hadiths and for the hadiths not to be considered independently of reason, context, time and place. In fact, when the hadith literature is examined, it is seen that this issue was emphasized a lot and the issue of naskh was discussed in the early periods. It is observed that Beyhaki focuses on this issue in some of his works, makes analyzes and examines the hadiths that have a controversial relationship with naskh. Although Beyhaki is a staunch supporter of Shafi'i, he is also a haddith who made a name for himself in the field of hadith. Because Beyhakî made many hadith journeys and carried out many gathering and composing activities related to hadith. Beyhaki opened special titles about naskh in some of his works and gave important information about naskh under these headings. Beyhakî states that there may be abrogation for the verses of the Holy Quran and hadiths, but neither the verses abrogate the hadiths nor the hadiths abrogate the verses; However, he said that the verses and hadiths would abrogate each other within themselves. On the other hand, Beyhakî's work named es-Sünenü'l-Kübrâ has a special importance in terms of conveying many fiqh interpretations and discussions, adopting the narrations of Bukhari and Muslim as evidence, and narrating many hadiths on the subject of naskh. In this research, in order to see Beyhakî's approach to naskh in practice, some hadith examples related to naskh in his work es-Sünenü'l-Kübrâ were discussed.
