Spiritual support practices for people's mental distress have been rapidly spreading in both academic and other areas in our country in recent years. In the Western world, new methods are being introduced every day in this field and they affect the practices in our country. However, there is a need for studies in Islamic sources regarding this field. Throughout history, especially moral scholars have developed various solutions to solve people's spiritual problems. One of the Islamic scholars who wrote works on the source of people's spiritual problems and their solutions is Imam Gazzali. The author, who named his work Kimyâ-yı Saʿâdet, which means the formula of peace, said that his work consists of four titles, four rukuns and forty bases of each rukun. According to him, when a person complies with the points mentioned here, he will achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. In this study, the hadiths mentioned by Ghazali in his four titles will be discussed, and the four pillars and forty pillars will be referred to other studies. Here, how the author interprets the hadiths and their relationship with moral support will be determined, and the degree of authenticity of the hadiths will be evaluated.
