Notes The burhan of siddikin, which is a result of efforts to prove the existence of Necessary Existence without intermediating possible beings, was expressed for the first time by Muslim philosophers. Avicenna (d. 428/1037) also explained a new burhan under the influence of Farabi and called it siddikin. Molla Sadra (d.1050/1641) expressed a new siddikinburhan by quoting the principle of nobility of existence from the Sufis and its organization from Suhrawardi. This proof has some premises, including the nobility of existence, its simplicity, the necessity of creation and the need for cause. After explaining these premises, he proves the existence of Necessary Existence without the need for consensus. His proof has some superior features compared to the proofs of other truthful people. First of all, since this proof is built on the principle of the nobility of existence, its basis is not the concept of existence, but the objective truth of existence. Secondly, this proof not only proves the essence of Necessary Existence, but also proves the unity and perfect attributes of Necessary Existence. Thirdly, according to this proof, since possible beings are dependent on Necessary Existence without any intermediary, there is no need to use succession and vicious circle in explaining the proof. There are also demonstrations in which Molla Sadra proves the existence of Necessary Existence by making use of coincidence and vicious circle. Molla Sadra with this proof also He claims to have proven the existence of Necessary Existence and its perfect attributes. In this study, this claim will be examined and what innovations Molla Sadra brought in the issue of obligatory proof will be discussed.
