The study will examine how the contradiction between man's freedom of will and the principle revealed in the scriptures that Allah is the creator of everything was resolved through the concise treatise of es-Sâdık el-Kayseri and the commentary written by İzzet ed-Divrîkî on this treatise. In addition, the researched publication and translations of the two treatises in question will be made here. The subject of will and human actions, which was discussed in a theological and moral context in the first centuries, continued by gaining a metaphysical identity, first in the pre-established and then in the later periods. Moreover, the subject intertwined with the theories of creation and existence has gained great importance and has undergone change and transformation. Because the subject constitutes the metaphysical basis of human freedom of will and action. Therefore, our study will examine the contents of these treatises, which deal with the subject of will and action, which are also related to the subject of existence and creation, and will try to reveal their original aspects and contributions to the subject.
