Notes Although Kasem is used in every language, it is a frequently used style, especially in Arabic, to reinforce speech in both written and spoken language. The fact that the Qasem style has a wide place in the Holy Quran as well as in the poetry and prose of the period of ignorance has increased its importance even more. In this respect, Qasem has been the subject of both religious sciences such as tafsir, fiqh and hadith, and linguistic sciences such as grammar, syntax and rhetoric. Kasem has many forms in terms of the meaning it expresses and the elements that make it up. One of the forms in question is the "lâ uksimu" form. This form is specific to the Quran and is not used in spoken or written Arabic. For this reason, the form “lâ uksimu” has been widely discussed in terms of both meaning and grammar. In this study, it is aimed to understand the discussions about the "lâ uksimu" form correctly by examining the general characteristics and forms of the kasim. The opinions put forward on this subject were compared and an opinion on the subject was expressed.
