Notes	Judaism is a religion that tries to bind all earthly life to rules. Accordingly, all periods of an individual's life, from birth to death, are determined in detail by religious tradition and some restrictions are placed on his behavior. In this study, the perception of sexuality in the Jewish tradition, the importance of the family, sexual morality within the family, and the understanding of sexuality that is not considered legitimate outside the family are evaluated. The results of the research show that there is a negative perception of women in Judaism compared to men; It shows that there is no alternative to family life in terms of legitimate sexual morality and that all methods of sexual satisfaction outside the family are considered illegitimate. As a result, it has been determined that according to the halakhah of Jewish law, criminal sanctions at various rates are foreseen for them.
