This study is a field research that aims to evaluate the religious services provided by the Presidency of Religious Affairs to children who are taken under institutional care as a requirement of public policies regarding the child protection system in Turkey. In this research, issues related to problems arising from housing, nutrition, clothing, health and psychological reasons, services provided by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and solutions in this context will not be touched upon, as they are outside our scope. The issues that will be emphasized here are the adequacy of religious services for children living in institutions, whether they meet the needs, who provides this service, the quality of the service providers, or what the problems are with the religious services provided to children under institutional care.
