The legislative dimension of the sunnah, which is the second religious evidence used after the Book in deriving the provisions, has been examined in terms of its source value and integrity with the Quran. By examining the relationship between these two sources in Islamic thought, the function and role of the sunnah towards the provisions of the verses have been analyzed from different perspectives. Many verses refer to Hz. The extent of the words, deeds and affirmations of the Prophet in various statuses were analyzed and relevant provisions were made. In addition, the Sunnah was divided into various parts in terms of the quantity of narrators in conveying the news and the quality of the information it presented was evaluated. Contrary to the concrete distinction of the people between mutawatir and ahad khabar, Hanafis used a third concept, mashhur khabar. The range of the subject has expanded in terms of the fact that the famous reports, which are equated with mutawatir in fiqh, abrogate, allocate and restrict the verses rather than the texts they bring to them. In the light of this information, the study tried to evaluate the role of famous news in terms of the integrity of the Quran and Sunnah and its function towards the provisions of the verses.
