This article explains the place of the subject of "Tanâzu'" in the Arabic Language, the way linguists deal with the subject, its treatment in the first sources, its controversial aspects and the semantic aspect of the subject of "Tanâzu'". Tenâzu' is the situation where two or more previous agents act on one or more apparent (apparent) products that come after. Our study examined which of the first agents has priority in acting on the product that comes after. There are two rukuns in Tanazu, one of which is the agent consisting of at least two verbs or verbals, and the other rukun is the clear noun. As seen in the example, they want to act on the word that has both predicates of the verb sentence and whose verbs (predicates) are in subject or object position. According to Basra linguists, the second verb, nun, is the object of the second verb since it has priority to act. According to Kufa linguists, since the priority to act belongs to the first verb, the word is the subject of the first verb. In both cases, the meaning of the sentence does not change. This topic has been discussed a lot in grammar books. Here, controversial aspects of the subject have been analyzed and an attempt has been made to present the subject as a whole to the reader.
