Notes	Knowing different personalities among the companions, the first generation of Islam, each with different characteristics and values, makes it easier to photograph that period and make some inferences. In this context, it has been the subject of many companion studies. This study aims to contribute to research in this field and shed light on that period from a different perspective. Companions, first of all Hz. He was educated by the Prophet and learned the orders and prohibitions of the religion from him. Thanks to this training, the Companions were able to become Hz. The positions of judge, clerk, ambassador, governor, commander, etc. that the Prophet gave to them. He fulfilled his bureaucratic duties properly. In this study, although he was a member of Kinda, one of the tribes of the Hadramut region, and became a Muslim in the early period, he appeared in historical events after the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, thanks to the qualities he possessed. Alâ b., who was in the political, administrative and economic staff of the state founded by the Prophet in Medina. Hadrami was examined. Hz. Prophet, Ala b. Due to some of his qualifications, Hadrami was assigned to some official duties at a time when only being able to read and write was not enough to be appointed to a position and absolute merit was essential. In the research, data about Ala b Hadrami from different sources were brought together and the information about both Hz. Prophet is necessary. Abu Bakr and Hz. Some issues that caused controversy about the bureaucratic duties performed by Ömer during his reign have been analyzed and tried to be clarified.
