Notes This research aims to determine the factors affecting vaccine hesitancy towards COVID-19 among healthcare consumers in Turkey. Determining whether the determined factors tend to differ in terms of demographic characteristics constitutes the secondary aim of the research. Research data was obtained from 401 individuals who are citizens of the Republic of Türkiye using face-to-face and online survey methods by using the convenience sampling technique. Explanatory Factor Analysis, T-test, ANOVA, post-hoc and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. According to research findings; It was supported that the factors affecting the participants' vaccine hesitancy towards COVID-19 were "Confidence", "Time", "Phobia", "Immunity", "Belief" and "Allergy". When the behaviors of the participants that differ according to their demographic characteristics are detected; It has been determined that the "Confidence" factor varies in participants of different ages and professions, the "Time" factor varies in participants of different ages and occupations, the "Phobia" factor varies in participants of different ages, occupations, income and geographical regions, the "Belief" factor varies in participants of different ages and the "Allergy" factor varies in participants with different education levels and occupations (p<0.05), while the "Immunity" factor does not differ between groups.
