In the history of hadith narration, many problems have emerged with different reasons and each of them has been named in various ways. Among these, irsal and tedlis have a different place. Because the reasons for the emergence of these problems are sometimes forced. Political, administrative, religious and sociological factors are some of these. In history, some regions have been the center of hadith narration. Kufa is one of them and has preserved this identity for a long time. However, due to the special structure of the region, forms of narration such as irsal and tedlis, which make the attribution of the hadith problematic, were seen more here than in other regions. In the article, the aspects that gave rise to Kufa's special structure in the first one and a half centuries, from its foundation to the time when it lost its place as a center of attraction, are discussed; An opinion will be expressed about why problematic narrations are concentrated here.
