Notes	In this study, the issue of what evidence Imam Shafii's theological scholars used on theological issues was discussed. While discussing the subject, answers were sought to the questions of what evidence Imam Shafii relied on when criticizing the theological evidence, whether he used any evidence other than theological evidence, whether he rejected all theological evidence altogether or whether he criticized these evidence in terms of procedure, and whether he complied with it in practice despite criticizing theological evidence in theory. The study is processed in two parts, and in the first part, how Imam Shafii handles theological evidence theoretically; In the second part, how the subject is handled in practice is explained.
