Deism is a system that does not accept God's intervention in the universe and attaches too much importance to reason. According to Deists, God created the world and did not intervene again. In this context, revelation and prophethood, which are considered as God's intervention in the universe, are considered impossible in terms of possibility and necessity. There is a group called Berahime of Indian origin, which puts forward ideas parallel to the deistic system of thought. Berahime objects to prophethood in terms of reason. According to them, if there was a concept called prophethood, God would create it in minds. On the other hand, they claim that reason and revelation contradict each other, that worship is meaningless, and that miracles have no reality. When we look at the characteristic features of Deism and Berahime, it is immediately clear that they are nourished from the same source. The human model that these systems of thought want to reveal envisages a lifestyle without worship, in which God does not control or question them. Such an understanding undoubtedly brings to mind the belief in polytheism in the pre-Islamic "Period of Ignorance". Because they also believed in Allah and attributed holiness to him. It is extremely important for our topic that a community that attaches importance to belief in God does not accept the prophet and revelation. In addition to believing in Allah, polytheists also believe that Allah grants them the right to work, worship, trade, inheritance, etc. He did not want them to get involved in the matters. This shows that they actually adopted a deistic lifestyle. In our opinion, there is a significant similarity between the idea of Deism and the understanding of polytheism. The dangers posed by Deism, which attracts the attention of some Muslim youth today, reveal the importance of the issue. The aim of this study is to reveal that Deism and Berahime movements basically serve the same purpose and, as a result, drag people into a secularistic world of polytheism.
