Personal will is a secret thing. However, in order to create a religious effect, this will must be expressed with an external indicator. This expression is mainly realized through words. However, this does not prevent people from using methods other than words, either out of necessity or by choice. Accordingly, the methods of expressing the will are very diverse. This study examines the signification of the situation, which is one of the expression methods in question, which is understood from the symptoms and conditions in the behavior of people and has a deep impact on the contractual provisions. This study touches on the importance of this sign and reveals its profound impact on the provisions of contracts and behaviors - especially financial transactions. In the study, firstly, will and related words are defined, the methods of expressing the will are explained, the position of state indication in these methods is stated, and the difference between express expression and expression through state indication is explained. Afterwards, this study focuses on the position of the indication of the state as proof in the eyes of scholars and the accuracy of the Fiqh Rules based on it, and the effect of the indication of the state in financial transactions.
