Notes Until today, Hz. Many prose and poetic works have been written about the Prophet (pbuh) praising him. During the period of the Companions, Hassan b. Thabit, Abdullah b. Rawaha and Ka'b b. Like Malik, Hz. The existence of poet companions praising the Prophet (pbuh) and the fact that more than hundreds of poetic works have been written in various languages ​​to date. It is a sign of love for the Prophet (pbuh). One of these works is Süleyman Çelebî's work called Vesîletü'n-Necât. This work, popularly known as "mawlid", was written by Süleyman Çelebi. It was written in a poetic style that includes praise for the Prophet (pbuh). In this article, the references made to hadiths in the couplets on the topic of veladet (birth of the Prophet) in Süleyman Çelebî's work Vesîletü'n-Necât will be examined. While carrying out the study, hadiths that are thought to have been used by Süleyman Çelebi in his Mawlid will be discussed.
