Notes The concept of politics has always been about justice in socio/political practices; It is closely associated with the concepts of state, law and religion. The fact that the concept of justice is realized on the basis of religious, moral, legal, political, intellectual and human values has necessitated a higher/immanent power, and for this reason, the necessity of political authority has come to the fore. Each state has its own concept of political legitimacy. The main lines of the understanding of state and politics in Islam are determined as justice, equity, council and competence/merit. In this context, what is important in terms of Religious/Islamic Law in determining the justice/moderation of the administrative power at the political level is the realization of justice. In this respect, Islam provides normative guidance from a higher perspective so that justice can be realized in the most equitable form. In our study, whether Islamic Law foresees a political system in the pre-modern and modern world and what kind of relationship should be established between religion-politics-justice, and the literature and dynamics formed around the discourse of political justice will be discussed descriptively. The aim of this article is to see the dynamics of the concepts of religion, justice and politics, which have been the subject of intense debate since the early periods of human history, and with what references they are defended. Firstly, the perception of politics and justice in the Western world of thought, and then the equivalent of these concepts in the Islamic world will be examined through the leading names.
