Man is a distinguished being chosen by Allah Almighty to carry out and carry out His provisions and to whom He has given the duty of representation. He created man to represent his will on earth and entrusted him with the responsibility of realizing the divine sovereignty. Therefore, valuing him and being respectful towards his life, property and honor is a requirement of respecting Allah. Because, violating the rights of this being, which Allah Almighty created and entrusted in a timely manner, means violating the rights of its creator. The Quran asks people not to go to extremes when responding to their behavior, both in times of war and peace, and warns believers not to exceed the limits in this regard. He predicted that even those who deserve criminal sanctions for what they have done should be given a similar response, and that the oppressed people should act moderately while taking their revenge. In our article, in addition to making analysis within the framework of the above-mentioned issues, we will discuss the concepts of "proportionate force, disproportionate force, excessive use of force", which are frequently mentioned both at the national and international levels in recent days, and we will try to reveal the perspective of the Quran in this field.
