Notes Mardin has hosted many civilizations from ancient times to the present. Various architectural works have survived from these civilizations. Among the bridges that constitute an important group of these structures, eight bridges that have survived to the present day within the borders of Mardin province have been discussed. Two of the bridges are located in Kızıltepe, three in Savur, two in Nusaybin and one in Dargeçit. These were built during the Roman, Artuqid and Ottoman periods, and each building bears the architectural features of their periods. Dara I. Bridge and Dara II. The bridge is a work of art from the Roman period. Dunaysır Bridge and Harzem Bridge in Kızıltepe District were built during the Artuqid period. Başkavak (Ahmedi) Village Bridge, Hisarkaya Village Bridge, Sürgücü Ahmet Ağa Bridge in Savur District and Dargeçit Bridge in Dargeçit District are from the Ottoman period. Within the scope of this study, eight bridges were briefly introduced and their place in bridge architecture was tried to be determined.
