Notes Gratitude, one of the concepts that came to the fore with positive psychology, is associated with many mental health indicators. This study was conducted to develop a Likert-type Turkish Gratitude Scale. Research data was collected from university students studying at the undergraduate level. 477 for confirmatory factor analysis; A total of 870 data were used, 369 for exploratory factor analysis and 24 for test-retest analysis. Following expert opinions, a focus group interview was held with psychology undergraduate students and the first application and exploratory factor analysis was carried out with the item pool of 48 items. As a result of the factor analysis, items with low item loads were removed from the scale and data was collected for the first level confirmatory factor analysis with 26 items. As a result of testing the relevant model, 4 more items were removed from the scale and a 22-item scale form with 5 factors was obtained. It was observed that the relevant items explained 53.51% of the total variance.
