Notes
The main goal of the study is to determine the ruling of products that harm human health or are likely to harm human health, in terms of Islamic law, even though they do not contain any substances that are prohibited by law. In order to determine the ruling of these articles, first of all, the reasons why animals, wine and blood were made haram by the texts were emphasized. In addition, issues in the classical period fiqh books such as using water heated by the sun, eating spontaneously dead fish, washing with cold water before the bath, eating too much food and eating mud and soil were examined and it was discussed whether these would constitute a basis for substances that harm health. In addition to these, the views of the fuqaha on protecting health and treatment in general were touched upon in connection with the subject. At the end of the study, substances that harm human health were divided into four different categories according to their level of harm and their provisions were tried to be determined.
