This article examines a commander who played a key role in the Umayyad State's coping with rebellions through a literature review. Husayn b., one of the prominent figures of the Kinde tribe. Numeyr served the Umayyads faithfully from the time of Muawiya. He participated in the summer campaigns against the Greeks during the reigns of Muaviye and Yazid as the commander of the Homs camp. Husayn, who was at the forefront of many tragedies in the history of Islam, was the leader of Hz. In the martyrdom of Husayn, in the Harre Incident, in Abdullah b. He played an important role in the first siege of Zubeyr and the burning of the Kaaba, and finally in the suppression of the Tawwabin movement. Yazid b. Husayn, one of Muawiyah's most trusted names, was one of the commanders assigned to almost all of the rebellions launched against the Umayyads.
