Notes	This study aims to examine Bâbür's Mübeyyen Der Fiqh, which is one of the first examples of the rich fiqh heritage formed during the Mughal Period. Mübeyyyen Der Fıkh, a work in the catechism genre, will be the subject of research in terms of its scope, systematics and contributions to this literature. One of the main theses of the study is to try to show that Bâbür wrote his work with the aim of surpassing the Sirâcü'l-Müslimîn of Ali Şir Nevâî (d. 906/1501), who was considered the peak name of Chagatai literature in his period, in this field.
