Notes	The aim of this article is to determine how the Kemalist reforms carried out during the nation-building process of the Republic of Turkey were conveyed to the masses through the images of postage stamps and how, thanks to the elements they reflected, postage stamps became identified with Kemalism and became symbols of Kemalism. In the research, various examples of postage stamp images put into circulation between 1923 and 1950 were given and these images were interpreted. How the examples of various stamps from the early Republic period reflected the reforms made by the Kemalist elite and reached the masses are given along with explanations through stamp visuals. At this stage, the use of postage stamps as a tool to spread the reforms both at home and abroad is explained with links. As a result, the main argument of the article is that the postage stamps identified with Kemalism turned into a symbol of Kemalism over time.
