Communication, which is among the distinguishing characteristics of humans, should be carried out by taking certain premises into consideration. The Holy Quran also used these premises to address a society where eloquence and eloquence are at the forefront. As can be understood from this Qur'anic method, the situation of the addressee is important in general. The fact that the Quran addresses the addressee by taking into account the situation of the addressee shows that the necessary situation, which in rhetoric means "the words should be in accordance with the requirements of the place and time in which they are spoken", should be taken into consideration during communication. By taking this issue into consideration, clues can be obtained about the formation and nature of the invitation language/field, which has been frequently mentioned recently. Hz. Propaganda in the Prophet, guidance, preaching, advice, etc. in the ummah. It is an undoubted fact that the "invitation", which is expressed as the transfer of Islam through concepts and the call to Islam, must have a special language field. In this article, we will try to contribute, at least to some extent, to the efforts to create a new field of address today, based on the intersection of the necessary conditions, which is an important precursor of the classical understanding of rhetoric, and the science of communication, one of the leading sciences of the modern world.
