Notes	In this article, forty of the hadiths found in Imam Bukhari's various books, which he clearly states are a malady in terms of meaning and an obstacle to sound judgment in the text because they contradict the situations established in the Book and the Sunnah or historical and rational truths, have been examined. In this research, no examples were taken from other hadiths in which Bukhari only pointed out the fault in the text by using a concise phrase without clarifying it. The hadiths examined are included in Bukhari's works named et-Tarihü'l-Kebîr, et-Tarihü'l-evsat, ed-Duafaü's-sagir, Ref'ü'l-yedeyn fi's-salat and in Tirmidhi's work named el-ʿİlelü'l-kebîr. The hadiths that Bukhari found problematic were examined under five headings. These are hadiths whose texts are contrary to the authentic sunnah, whose texts are contrary to other authentic narrations of the companion who narrated the hadith in question, whose text is contrary to the practice of the companions, whose text is contrary to the opinion and sect of the person who narrated that hadith, and whose text is contrary to the reality. As a result of our research, we saw the strength of Imam Bukhari's method in criticizing the hadith text and his attention to the safety of the text of the news from the opposition. In the article, the connection of some concise expressions used by Bukhari, such as "lâ uyâbeu aleyh", "fihi nazar", with text criticism is also seen.
