Notes	Acting haphazardly when interpreting symbolic and metaphorical expressions used in religious texts causes great trouble. Especially when efforts to reconcile the Islamic faith with the intellectual speculations in modern philosophy are given too much importance, these problems increase even more. While the main goal should be to eliminate the obscurity that makes it difficult to understand a divine text, sometimes we face the risk of losing the true purpose of the message. Therefore, acting in moderation is an indispensable condition for preserving the original and essence of the divine message.
