Notes Mevlevi Rites, which are included in the Tekke Music form, one of the religious music forms, have become one of the most artistic works of Turkish Music since the period when they started to be composed. The main reasons why rituals have such an important place is that they have a rich and instructive feature in terms of elements such as seasoning, mode, tempo and style, which are the building blocks of Turkish Music. A detailed analysis of a form with such features is important in revealing the richness of Turkish Music. In this article, the first salute of the sûzinâk ritual of Necib Dede from Thessaloniki was examined in terms of mode and tempo, and similarities and differences were determined by formal analysis and melodic analysis.
