The moral bond between the individual and society is of critical importance for the personal development of the individual and the general well-being of society. In this context, emphasizing and effectively implementing individual and social ethics in business and work areas plays an important role in achieving a sustainable quality of life for both the individual and the society. Adopting moral values in business and working life allows activities to be carried out in a more effective, efficient and sustainable manner. Reflecting individuals' attitudes and behaviors towards work into their work not only has a positive impact on the work environment, but also contributes to taking activities to a higher level. Individuals and communities that adopt general moral principles achieve success in different areas of life and contribute to the creation of an environment of welfare and peace in society. Transferring moral principles from generation to generation supports communities to continue their existence. Adopting moral principles such as sacrifice and solidarity in business and working life positively affects business ethics. In this context, the focus is on the positive effects of activities such as services, production, consultancy and management, which are carried out by applying ethical principles to business and working life, in the field of business and work. These efforts support sustainable success in business and life in general by encouraging individuals and society to act in accordance with moral values.
