Comparative Literature, as a transnational literature analysis method, is based on the comparison of literary texts written in different languages in terms of similarities and differences. One of the most important points that draws attention in Comparative Literature studies, which have a long history in Turkey, is the weakness of the ties established with neighboring literatures. Especially when it comes to Kurdish literature, it is observed that comparative studies can be counted on the fingers of one hand. In this study, the stories of Sabahattin Ali and Nûredîn Zaza, two important names of Kurdish and Turkish literature as two neighboring literatures, are compared in terms of the phenomena of "authority" and "rebellion". Both writers changed the understanding of stories in the literature of the languages they wrote in the 1930s and 1940s. The pressures they experienced due to their political tendencies can also be mentioned as factors that brought them closer to each other.
