Notes Part 4 truncated first. One of the most famous books of Sheikh Al-Rais. It included general and partial laws, the two sections of theoretical and practical medicine, the general rulings on the strength of individual medicines, then their details, then diseases affecting organs. A section containing the fifth book on combined medicines, and it begins with “the scientific article on the need for combined medicines.” It ends with "Measures and Weights from Kanash Ibn Sarafion." In a beautiful, clear naskh script, written by Al-Muzaffar bin Omar bin Muhammad Al-Fariqi, in the month of Ramadan in the year 537 AH/1143 AD, by Al-Hakim Abu Al-Karam bin Yusuf Al-Rumi Al-Isra’ili.
