This manuscript has a truncated introduction to the first. Al-Hajji Khalifa considered that this manuscript had been shortened under the title Bahjat al-Majalis and Anas al-Jalis, without attributing this abbreviation to anyone. He said: The Joy of al-Majalis and Anas al-Jalis - a volume half the size of the previous one... Al-Zirkli mentioned that Ibn Lyon shortened it and called it Baghiyat al-Mu’ans from Bahjat al-Mawanis. |
