The documents include a 1/100 scale basement plan and copy of Ankara Law School. There is a fifteen-cent stamp on the plan, dated March 19, 1928, with the signatures of Contractor Mustafa Cemal and former General Manager Rüştü Bey. On the back of the project, it is written that on May 28, 1928, the Accounting Examiner of Evkaf Directorate General and the construction examiner certified and testified that the signatures on the project belonged to former General Manager Rüştü Bey and Contractor Engineer Mustafa Cemal Bey, and it was approved by the second notary public in Ankara.
