An addendum to the memorandum of agreement from Ankara 2nd Secretary of Fairness regarding the construction of the First School, which was arranged and exchanged between the former general director Rüşdi Bey Efendi and the contractor engineer Mustafa Cemal Bey, who resides in house number 3 on Cemal Yılmaz Street in Yenişehir, in relation to the General Directorate of Foundations. It is the equivalent specification regarding the transfer of the mentioned school to the School of Law.
