Notes "PAGE 1 1. Political News (st. 1-2) 1.1. Is Peace Approaching? (st. 1) 1.1.1. Note of the Allies (st. 1) 1.1.1.1. General Pelle Delivered the Note (st. 1): Yesterday evening, the Extraordinary Commissar of France, General Pelle, handed over a note to the Istanbul Representative of the National Government, Hamid Bey, by the three allied states to be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand National Assembly government. 1.1.2. Note Content (st. 1) 1.1.2.1. Allied and Official Invitation to the Conference (st. 1): The three allied governments requested the government of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey to indicate whether they are prepared to send representatives to a conference to be held in Venice or elsewhere. 1.1.2.2. Time and Subject of the Conference (st. 1): The said meeting will take place following the replenishment of necessary supplies by the relevant governments and will be concerned with the negotiation and conclusion of a definitive peace agreement. 1.1.2.3. We Can Occupy Thrace Already on One Condition (st. 1): They consider this an opportunity to declare to Turkey that they consider the Ankara government's desire to occupy Thrace as far as Evros and Edirne as long as the peace negotiations of the three allied governments continue, on the condition that they do not send the Ankara government's army to the area where the allied governments have unanimously declared neutral. 1.1.2.4. Communiqué Before It Occurs (st. 1): The three allied governments at the conference will be very pleased to assist in the submission of these borders to Turkey. 1.1.2.5. Nature of the Regulations and Conditions Confirmation of Our Sovereignty (st. 1-2): The nature of the decisions and conditions taken, which the three governments will be extremely pleased to cooperate with for Turkey's admission to the League of Nations. 1.1.2.6. Evacuation of Istanbul After the Treaty (st. 2): The three allied governments repeated the assurance given last March that the allied troops in Dersaadet would immediately withdraw after the peace treaty would come into force. 1.1.2.7. Allocation of the Greek Troops Before the Negotiation (st. 2): Before the opening of the conference of the three allied governments, the generals of the allied states and the Turkish and Greek military officers will all appoint a unit and will exert influence to ensure the withdrawal of the Greek troops. 1.1.2.8. In response to this, two commitments are requested from us (st. 2): In response to this intervention, the Ankara government will undertake not to send troops to the zone declared temporarily neutral by the allied governments both before and during the conference, and not to pass through the Straits and the Sea of Marmara. 1.1.2.9. To Postpone the Determination of the Greeks (st. 2): A meeting may be held immediately in Izmit or Mudanya between Mustafa Kemal Pasha and the generals of the allies for the determination of the above-mentioned line. 1.1.2.10. They Have Hope in the Acceptance of the Contents of the Note (st. 2): The three allied governments are of the opinion that the contents of the note will be accepted. 2. What I See and Hear (st. 2): Halis Hâce's article about the death of the budget will continue if every department does not work from four hands "
