It is a 1/100 scale longitudinal section project of Ankara Law School. The project includes the Law School project, which will be built in the Fire Brigade Square, which was renovated from the first school. The document contains the signatures of 18 March 1928 engineer Mustafa Cemal, Manager General Rüştü Bey and a fifteen-cent stamp. On the back of the project, on 28 May 1928, it was confirmed and witnessed that the signatures of the Evkaf Directorate-i Umumiyesi Accounting Examiner Evveli and the construction examiner on the project belonged to the former General Manager Rüştü Bey and Engineer Mustafa Cemal Bey, and it was certified by the Ankara second clerk (Notary Public), reads.
