Both parts have been "organized to be taught in the seventh grade of the school in question".
Author: Mehmed Hulusi, teacher of tevzi-i miya, bridges and ports, included in the program of Hendese-i Mülkiye Mekteb-i Şahanesi.
It was printed by lithography method at the Muhendishane-i Berr-i Hümayun Printing House.
The work bears the seals of "Engineer School Library" and "Master's School of Engineering Librarianship".
