Notes Muhammad Murad Bakhsh (9 October 1624 – 14 December 1661 CE) was a Mughal prince, the youngest son of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and Empress Mumtaz Mahal. He was the Subedar of Balkh until he was replaced by his elder brother Aurangzeb in the year 1647 CE, Fourth of seven titles bound together as MS 44567; folio leaves 29-35, Nasta'liq in black ink, Incipit: Red face of the pen of Bangar Thanai Shahshahist, Colophon: Why this copy of the letter was addressed to the Crown of Praise, VIAF (name authority) : Ṭughrā-yi Mashhadī, active Muhammad Murad Bakhsh (9 October 1624 – 14) - Muhammad Murad Bakhsh (9 October 1624 – 14).
