Sample Text	f.1v.1: In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful f.1v.4: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and the end is for the righteous, and there is no aggression except against the wrongdoers. f.1v.8: Then this is a nice summary of the science of arithmetic that is easy for the beginner, and it is beneficial, God willing, to arrange it in an introduction that includes eleven chapters and its conclusion - f.7r.18: And multiply what is for the third, which is thirty, by the dividend, and divide the result, which is seven hundred and fifty, by the front, and it yields twelve and a half, and this is the last of what we have recorded and intended - f.7r.22 Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, who does not A prophet after him, and God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. There is no power or strength except in God, the Most High, the Great f.7r.26 May God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Messengers, and upon his family and all his companions, Amen. The completion of the copying of this introduction was at the hands of the poor, to the mercy of the Lord of the Worlds, Muhyi al-Din Ibn al-Hajj Ahmad al-Mahmalji al-Shafi’i, according to his doctrine, on Monday the 14th of the sacred month of Rajab in the year 1273.
