Sample Text f.1r.1: I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of God twice. Hail to the prayer. Hail to the Falah twice. Allah is the Greatest. Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah, and He increases after the Falah of the dawn call to prayer. Prayer is better than sleep twice. Its author is the poor Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahim. This is the last thing I intended and what I wanted to complete in explaining this blessed introduction. God Almighty made it work for acceptance, and everything I hoped for made it known to me that it is worthy of answering the question. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. Praise be to God for His favors. Prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and all his companions. f.11v.16 The emptiness of composing this blessed explanation occurred to our sheikh, the scholar and the perfect scholar, Sheikh Muhammad B. Abdul Rahim, may God forgive him and may God Almighty grant us his life. Amen to the message marked as the masterpiece of Al-Mubtada, compiled by his grandfather, the Sheikh of Islam, Sheikh Ibrahim bin Hassan. May God Almighty benefit us with their knowledge, Amen. This was the end of the month of Shawwal with goodness and acceptance in the year 1097. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may God’s blessings be upon our master. Muhammad, and upon his family and companions, may peace and blessings be upon him. Bakr Ibn Lutfullah Ibn Mahmoud Ibn Abdullah Ibn Mahmoud has finished writing.
