Sample Text Fol. 1b.1: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, a Lord who facilitates and completes with goodness Fol. 1b.2: Praise be to God, the Most Benevolent, the Most Generous, the Most High, the Most Wise, the Most Generous, the One of Favors, and blessings and peace be upon his beloved Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family and companions, the Possessor of Generosity and Perfection. Fol. 1b.3: As for what follows, the most despicable servant Muhammad Akbar Araf Muhammad Arzani says: When I finished the book Explanation of Reasons and Signs on the authority of al-Tarjumani, I wanted to collect the definitions of illnesses since it was widely understood for purposes, so I proceeded to blacken what I intended and ask God to fulfill what I intended, and I wrote them in the order of the letters of the alphabet so that the observer would be able to reach the intended meaning, Arja, and each word has its letters. The second of them was with the principles. The closer they are in the dhikr because it is more correct to obtain, and the verification of the words is hidden in them because hearts have healing in defining the unknown, and since the word “ba” is common to the four in writing, each one of them is designated with a badge. 51a.13: If it is offered to children, it is called “al-Wardanij,” as mentioned in “Al-Wardanij” — fol. 51a.14 The book, The Limits of Diseases, was completed with the success of the healer.
