Sample Text f.7v.1: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions f.7v.2: Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God f.7v.2: And after that, these are the words that I collected based on the story of the Ascension, hoping that whoever reads it, who is a minor like me, will benefit from them from the aspects mentioned by its author, the scholar Al-Najm Al-Ghaiti, may God be pleased with him, after mentioning the story - f.32r.4: For the rational person does not rule out dream stories, does not dispute, does not become arrogant, does not clap, does not put his hand on his head, and the ultimate thing that happens is that he says he tolerates truth and lies, especially with a person who has not He is known to have lied at all from his childhood to his old age. May God make us among those who follow his upright approach in this world and the hereafter. Amen - f.32r.8 This is the last thing that God Almighty made easy of with haste and the preoccupation of the heart. I have collected them except for those who would read the story in one or two sittings, as is the custom of the poor servant when he reads it in Al-Azhar Mosque. May his happiness in reading the legal sciences in it last until the Day of Judgment. f.32r.12 This copy was completed on Sunday, the thirteenth of the month of Shaban AH 1266, at the hands of the poor Faraj bin Sayyid Al-Baqouri. May God forgive him, his parents, his sheikhs, his brothers, and all Muslims. May God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the owner of the crown and the ascension, and upon the God of purification and his righteous companions, and upon every chosen servant. Praise be to God, first and last, apparent and hidden.
