Fol. 1b.1: To the scholar Imam al-Buni, may God Almighty have mercy on him, Amen. In the name of God, to the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, who invented existing things from nothing, and revealed into existence beings, and created His wisdom in natures. For active and passive bodies, and He established the dynamic bodies according to four different natures, and He determined benefits and harms, sicknesses and health, living and death, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family, the number of rest and movements, and after and I made it in the science of medicine, and refined its purposes, and made its objection nearer. And I made it comprehensive in the case of brevity, so that it pleases the hearts and eyes, and makes it easy for the student to consume it, and to study it and memorize it for the one who desires it, and that is after she spent a few minutes looking into the fundamentals and concluded the pure truths from Zayd. Then when he became clear with the conclusive truth and the proof of the Most Powerful One, he compiled it. To the end, the principles of the future methods were expressed, and I expressed the content of the chapters of beneficial needs for the beginner, and I called it mercy in medicine and wisdom, and by that I meant the mercy of the Most Generous God and the greatness of His repentance to a great extent, and I coupled that with good hope in Him. He benefits from what is in it, and the entire book was shortened into five chapters. This title is written in pencil. An old title is crossed out. This is a brief book in is crossed out in the original manuscript — Fol. 9b.33: This is what we mentioned and what we intended from this book of ours, which is described as the Book of Mercy in Wisdom, and we ask God to benefit from it in terms of treatment and treatment for the sake of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace - and the completion of it was on Thursday, the sixteenth of the holy month of Ramadan.
